Photo club♪ Illuminations photoshoot in Yomiuriland

Hey guys! How are you doing?
Here we would like to announce our upcoming photoshoot event in February, held in Yomiuriland.
This month we will dive into the world of illuminations:)
Millions of lights create breathtaking landscapes there far beyond our imagination.
Your lens will capture a bit different face of the winter night.
As always, our navigators, Tadashi-san and Masa-san, will take you guys to a fabulous photo tour and give a bunch of tips and tricks for improving your photoshoot skill.

Detailed information for the upcoming event is as follows.
Date & Time: Mon, Feb 12, 16:30 pm - 19:00 pm
Meeting point: Main entrance to Yomiuriland (http://www.yomiuriland.com/)
Photoshoot location: Yomiuriland
Participation fee: 500 yen + 1,400 yen (Entrance fee for the park)
Things to bring: Camera and appropriate lens(es), Tripod, Photoshoot soul
It would be better to bring a tripod this time if you have for a night view shooting.
After the event, we will have a Cafe-Eikaiwa at a nearby cafe, during which you can make a casual presentation about your best shot photo taken at the event. Don’t be afraid of the presentation! All you need to do is just giving it an English title and talking about a story behind it:) The navigators will give you helpful advice for making the shot better.
Notes:
i) Please be advised that you should be on meeting time; we will not be able to wait for your arrival more than 10 minutes. We kindly ask for your cooperation to proceed the event smoothly.
ii) The event is canceled only in case of heavy rain, which we will let you know via email by 13:30 pm.
iii) Light rain may change the event schedule (meeting point, photoshoot location, etc.); it will be informed by email as well.
iv) The event is open to those who bring an SLR or mirrorless camera. Please make sure that to join only with a smartphone camera is not permitted.
v) Leaving a comment about your camera and lens, such as brand and type, is recommended when you make a reservation so that the navigators can give advice suitable for you.

撮影場所： よみうりランド
参加費： 500円 + 1,400円（入園料）
持ち物： カメラ、レンズ、三脚
今回は夜の撮影のため、三脚をお持ちの方はご持参下さい。
イベント後、近くのカフェでカフェ英会話♪を実施します。そこでは、その日の自分のベストショットを１枚選び、英語でタイトルをつけて、写真のポイントや難しかった所等をミニプレゼンしてもらいます。ナビゲーターにフィードバックをいただき、みんなで感想を言い合いましょう♪
※その他注意事項
・16時40分までは待ちますがそれ以降は移動してしまいます。大人数ですので、遅刻のないようお願いいたします。
・大雨で中止の場合は13時30までに予約のメールアドレスに連絡します。
・小雨決行ですが、雨天の影響により撮影場所・集合場所等を変更する場合には上記と同様にメールにて連絡します。
・一眼レフorミラーレスカメラをお持ちの方を対象としてイベントを開催させて頂いています。スマートフォンカメラ等のみでのご参加はご遠慮下さい。
・当日お持ちのカメラに合ったアドバイスをしますので、予約の際にコメント欄にカメラ、レンズのメーカー、型をご入力ください♪
