Hi, My name is Iris and I am from the archipelagic country in Southeast Asia, the Philippines.

I studied for more than 10 years and the medium of instruction is English in my home country Davao City, the Southern part of the Philippines. I got a gold medal in Speech Contest when I was in Highschool. Continuing with my passion I worked as a Motivator Speaker until I reached College and manage more than 100 young people. I don′t only teach public speaking but I am a dance instructor as well. I graduated with a Bachelor′s in Nursing, and through this course, I am able to understand the mental, physical, emotional, and physiological needs of each individual. In my early 20’s I became one of the Best Sales Consultants at Chevrolet Philippines, an American automobile division of the American manufacturer General Motors. In my mid 20’s I became a Financial Advisor of a well-known Insurance Company. In the year 2020, I become an investor in one of the gasoline stations in my home country while I am working here in Japan. Since I really have a passion for Communication I completed my TESOL/TEFL last 2021 and currently studying to gain a TOIEC Certificate this year for my continuous education. Same year last year I worked as Main English Teacher at Eikaiwa Private School located in Urayasu. There are more than 50 students under my supervision from 1 year old to Adult. Currently, I am working as an English Teacher here in Yokohama, Kanagawa. I enjoy nature specifically, mountains, lakes, and beaches. I love watersports like diving, paddling, swimming, and wild white water rafting. I teach reading and writing, and I am also a good listener. Listening is one of my skills, through this I learned a lot from people’s struggles, experiences, and achievements. I am not only your teacher but you can also count on me as your friend.
