Hello, my name is Waqas Hafiz Ahmed and I come from Pakistan. I am a PhD student at The university of Tokyo. I came to Japan in 2016 for my masters in bridge engineering. Before coming to Japan, I was working on a dam project where I met many people from different cultural backgrounds. That experience fascinated me about foreign cultures so I decided to study abroad and came to Japan. I am looking forward to meet people with their unique identities.
